Legal information about the publisher of this site, about its hosting, and about the framework Noki Mind operates in.
1. Publisher
This site and the application it hosts are published by Eco Pulse, SASU, an e-commerce agency specialised in supporting CBD retailers, and more broadly businesses to which paid advertising is closed. “Noki Mind” is the brand under which that company operates the site and the application.

2. Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). Application data (database, authentication, files) is hosted by Supabase, and service emails are delivered by Resend.

3. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, illustrations, photographs, code, visual identity and the “Noki Mind” name) is protected. No reproduction, adaptation or reuse, in whole or in part, is permitted without prior written consent.
5. Terms of use
Access to the site, to online quotes and to the signed-in areas is governed by the terms of use.
6. The legal framework of our work
Noki Mind supports CBD retailers, and more broadly businesses to which paid advertising is closed, with their digital presence, in compliance with applicable French regulation (notably Novel Food, May 2026, for the products it covers). No health or therapeutic claim is made: products sold by our clients are presented within a wellness register.
Each retailer remains responsible for the compliance of their business, their catalogue and their content.
7. Wholesale catalogues published on the B2B platform
The service hosts a trade platform on which wholesalers publish their own catalogue. Each catalogue is published by the wholesaler who opens it, under their own name, their own colours and their own responsibility: Eco Pulse, SASU is neither its publisher nor its seller, holds none of the products shown, sets no price and takes part in no transaction.
No payment takes place on the platform: an order there is an intention passed on to the wholesaler, who then deals directly with their customer over payment, invoicing and delivery. The sale is concluded between those two, outside the service.
Each wholesaler answers for what they publish: the accuracy of their descriptions and prices, the lawfulness of the products shown, the absence of any health or therapeutic claim, and compliance with the rules that apply to their trade. To report a catalogue or a product you believe unlawful, write to contact@nokimind.com stating the address of the page concerned: the procedure described in the next section applies.
8. Reporting content
To report content you believe is unlawful or infringes your rights, write to contact@nokimind.com with the address of the page and the reason. We acknowledge receipt and act on the report without undue delay.
